Hazard pay

Okay I’m not one to complain about people getting more money then me.... but come on Sams club/ Walmart. Every other store is getting hazard pay. Yes we are making the choice to come In everyday and work. But we are also putting our life’s on the line here. When is our extra pay coming and not our 200 early first quarter bonus. We worked hard for your millions and millions.

First..I am happy to still have a job..but we do deserve hazard pay..not because I believe we are in real danger but because THEY say we are..if they really think so then they should pay us well for it...THEY DO NOT REALLY CARE..

We all complain but that’s our fault because we’re not unite. We should all get together and bring this to social media, news and governors. As long as there’s still people that kiss Walmart’s a–, it’s going to be hard for us to be heard because company will say “see? Not everybody complains and some people are happy and think that we’re a great company”

Hazard pay should be going and backdated to the start of this.

Don't worry. We'll all get a pizza party after this. Probably even a speech from our CM. It'll all be planned out with paper plates and everything! I'm so excited!

Stimulus checks are in, maybe we should all take our LOA now?

Totally agree. We have over 30 associates on LOA, with anywhere from 7 to 14 call ins a day. There needs to be something for the loyal associates that come to work everyday during this c-ap storm. Too many are taking advantage of this relaxed attendance policy while the loyals are picking up the slack. It's a fine line from being a associate who cares to one that plays the system. Playing the system is looking more and more attractive to this tired essential.
