It’s a shame the Railroad will sacrifice its own to make more profit when they are STILL making a profit WITH the slow down.
Yet they WILL CONTINUE to the pay big wigs to stay home and DO Nothing... they stay home and sip scotch..whiskey...do whatever they want... they are treated soooo much better then the people actually working AND RUNNING the RR.. did you know on day 1 CORPORATE GIVES THEIR EMPLOYEES 3 weeks vacation...IT’s a damn shame. Operations personnel/people actually working on the trains need to work 8 years to see 3 weeks. Not to mention Operations work in all elements... rain, sleet, snow, and every degree... NO SICK DAYS! Operation personnel only get 5 paid days off after you work 120 working days within the same year... LOL! It usually takes a year and half to see those 5 days because corporate hires the operation workers past mid year so they don’t achieve the 120 working days.... Yes the RR HIRES YOU EXACTLY TO COME SHORT THE FIRST YEAR. Greedy! It’s only been a month for a slow down, and yet the RR company won’t keep its operation personnel. Keep those people at home... sleeping in... doing whatever they want.... taking care of the Corporate side....GREED IS REAL FOR THEM UPPER CLASS CRIMINALS! God forbid a MF WORKS 20 less cars a shift... keep in mind the RR is still moving freight and profiting.
