So we are told to that it is mandatory to wear a mask. But you have assistance and our GM not following the so-called rule now. Cashiers with halfway masks on either their nose or the mouth showing so what is it exactly are we supposed to wear them100% of the time we are there or even on breaks? So are we sh– out of luck when we feel like we're supplicating where these things.

When you see a manager without a mask, you should just ask them nicely, "Do we no longer have to wear masks or is there still a policy?"

I too have a medical condition, that makes it very difficult, almost impossible, once I get too warm, to breathe with one of these things on my face. Didn’t find out, at our club, until Saturday PM upon reporting to work, that it was mandatory. Had I known sooner, could have ordered cloth masks, or tried to acclimate to a mask.... period. Have debated taking a LOA, so I don’t have to worry about a massive asthma attack, because I have already been close several times. I just don’t want to HAVE to use any of my time, because THEY decided to implement this new dress code??!

I have to wonder what will happen if associates start to pass out from lack of oxygen. Some of us have reduced lung function, and struggle to breathe in a mask or other face covering. Since we were never asked if we were "able" to wear a mask, only that we "must" wear a mask, would that be grounds for a lawsuit if something happens to us? Imagine fainting while driving a forklift or cutting meat!

If the members don’t have to wear them, what is the point? Those of you who are clued in, understand... it’s not for us, it’s to protect the members! The masks are suffocating for sure! They may be surgical grade, but with the lack of air flow in the club, the humid stagnant air, and if you actually do anything physical, you can hardly breathe! Great job Walmart, while creating an illusion of “safety” so the members continue to shop with us, you have once again not given any regard for your associates. Go ahead and sit in your homes, and continue to implement new rules that make it even more difficult for your associates to do their jobs! 👍🏼

They are afraid we’ll infect the members. God forbid they make these nasty a– members wear them to protect the associates. If you asked me it’s a– backwards as always. Can’t even breathe in these masks, what happened to choices.

The masks they gave us you can’t even breath through it!! Lol it’s probably the lowest quality made c-ap from China. Just like Wal-Mart, cheapest quality supplies for their employees.
