I work in finishing main problem hr girl and plant manager are both s— at there job . Plant manager always goes around the plant taking pictures or picking up trash out side. Hr girl has no clue in her job. Wish corporate would send someone down to meet with hourly employees . Your not suppose to have your phone out on the floor but ya see them hiding playing on them mostly on pipe machines they dont enforce nothing, wondering why things s— out here

F— NOV! Worst place ive ever been in my life!
Wish they would do me a favor and give me a severance if anything.. But looks like i either sh– in one hand or hope in the other. Being out of a job isnt the best choice but its better than being treated as a peasant any day!!
