They laid off 40 shop workers on 4-16-20 and multiple office employees including engineers. They laid most people off back in 2016 and just four years later, it happened again. Don't ever apply jobs there in the future. If you really get hired there, still keep looking, don't treat this as your career. Only yes-men are left in this facility. The next lay off will happen in next month and only chiefs are safe, all Indians are disposable

Buy out package will not be offered anymore. Senior employees will be forced to take severance and retire in a month or two. Middle management level screwed this place. But they don't care, have thrown the work to their subordinates, they have plenty of time to look for new jobs.
