Anybody else have major issues with the new Quick Pick App? It was a disaster for us today. I can’t figure out why in the world the company would roll out a new club pick program when they know orders have at least tripled for I’m guessing most clubs right now. And nothing ever works right when they implement new programs so they should have known this wasn’t going to magically work correctly either.

Ours rolled out a week ago Friday and our management team/team leads had no idea so we had orders 2hrs behind b4 we realized what was going on. Had to call help desk to find out!!!! Straight garbage!
Our club still not doing curbside so members keep coming inside yelling at us!!
Nothing would scan at my club the other day. It was time for me to leave so I just said F it and left. Also the registers quit working for a wile and the line was half way across the store. I love my job lol.
Keep in mind what company you are working for and the technology issues they experience continually. This is nothing new ! What a joke !
We have all kinds of trouble. Especially since there is no way to print a receipt. We have old people who don't know how to access their email. They just come in when their order is suppose to be ready and look at us like whatever.

We have had quick pick for months now and it’s been great . Today was the first time this has happened.
They should have spent the money fixing the online issues. Not a user friendly system
Our day was a disaster too. No notifications for people waiting curbside and our scanners kept kicking us out if the app when dispensing.
