Anyone heard of Optical opening up anytime soon? We have literally been working in all areas of the store. Members keep calling upset because we aren't able to sell glasses.

As far as a manager bringing family in, is not safe if it's a kid and against the rules.
I heard we would be wearing face shields once we do open up. I am okay with that. We are not making any money right now and there's a lot of members that need glasses and contact lenses or exams.

Do you really want to be open and have to sit close to a unknown member to fit glasses on them? No ty.
Getting rid of optical managers would be ridiculous. The department puts a lot on the bottom line for profit, if anything they should let go of the Optical managers that have lacked in those areas.
You will be told to hire hire hire for optical...because they are eventually cutting the optical managers. Sorry.
