Fortunately, I did not receive a pink slip yet, but based on the talks here, it seems it is highly probable in the next several weeks. So today I logged into glassdoor.com to update my resume and to find some open positions around here, but to my surprise, I found it said "This company (NOV) is in a hiring surge in response to COVID-19."
Really?? In the middle of massive layoff??

LinkedIn has about 7 or so jobs for hire that are about 1 day old. Plant managers and so on. Ok, Houston etc..
Careful what you read. I have also seen these off the wall websites saying Halliburton was hiring. I know they are not. The price of a barrel of oil is the tell tell.. not a virus.
