Attendance accountability

We have to do something about attendance associates coming in 30 to 45 minutes late and the call outs are our of control its time to take some serious action because the other associates that come on time has to step up and thats not right at all.

Sometimes people just need a mental health day here and there. These last 2 months have been emotionally, physically and mentally exhausting. So what if someone calls out once in while. At least they are there and not taking LOA’s. Chill out.

I was always on time before this c-ap happened and by saying some of us come a little late is 15-20 min max. I've never once taken advantage of the current situation bc I need my job! Haven't missed a day since this started either.

Home Office doesn’t care about us. I bet they’re not going to work. Probably seating behind a lab top computer making suggestion about Sam’s Club. Just think about it, we’re in Sam’s Club busting our a– 8-10 hours a day. While they’re home with their family not out an about an still getting paid. Not to mention they only gave us $200 bonus are you f—ing serious. Why can’t we get some Vacation time or more PTO to cover us when we’re calling out. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Lawsuits Lawsuits Lawsuits!!!! I hate to say this But Sam’s Club HO is full of Sh–.

And those of us left waiting for you to show up? Our lives or children aren't as important? Is that what you're saying? It's all about you.

We can't leave until you show up. We have children of our own to get home too, sitters waiting for us to show up. Appointments we're not going to make on time. Dinners that are going to be late. Frankly, I'm tired of waiting 45 minutes, every other day, for you to show up. You started this before the virus reared its ugly head. If you can't arrange your life to show up on time, quit.

Some of us are not able to show up right on time, we have children that are out of school to take care of and go to work still with the fear of being exposed to this virus. It has been a very hard struggle for me to find a safe sitter on the days I work. So yeah we might be a little late but still bust our a$$ and work 9-10 hour shifts! Don't assume things off of being late, we all have lives, it would be different if some just not show up at all.

I have a family to protect and provide for too. If you don't want to be here, that's understandable. Quit and let someone who wants the job have it. This virus is here to stay until they find a vaccine. A year, year and a half. That's a long time to keep calling off or coming in late, making the rest of us do all the work. Don't care if you don't like it, this is how it goes.

I opposed unions for years, but this company is really taking advantage of its employees and I’m getting tired of it, call outs, and absolutely no accountability.
Most of the stores are rans by the top 20 percent of hard workers while the lazy, late, no call no show, people who can’t even do there jobs are never held accountable. People in fresh got large raises and still can’t do their jobs, complete bull.
Something needs to be done 🙏🙏🙏

Okay so this how it goes. At a time like this accountability for attendance shouldn’t be the least on your mind at this moment. We’re working in a environment that’s unsafe you an everyone else can detect anything from anybody. We don’t who has this COV19 Virus. In order to protect ourselves we have to call out. We have family, kids that we have to protect. HO made the right decision to not hold us accountable for the call outs. HO Get ready for Unions an Lawsuits. It’s bad enough HO doesn’t care about us. We’re working in a Hazard environment. So please hush with the bull c-ap !!! We need a Union
