Just saw the new video from "kath", thought it was a saturday night live spoof for a minute. Shes standing outside a club where no one who is going in is wearing face masks. Let me guess, she picked the least infected area to film this bc god forbid she have to walk in a club that we work in every day. With no hazard pay. These higher up people are a f*cking joke man. There was so many things wrong with this video I dont even know where to begin. The guy taking temperatures 3 ft away from the associates forehead lol. The temperature taking thing is all to look good...not for accuracy. They have random associates who are not hippa certified doing this which a huge no no. I dont feel comfortable with this and it will be a lawsuit soon. My temperature came up as 93 yesterday (clearly because i walked in from the cold and the person had no idea what she was doing) and she told me i was good and handed me a mask. Well....if my temperature was 93 I'd be dead. There was no training, theres no procedures being followed, and doing this right infront of members is not only embarrassing but unprofessional. Sams club...everything u are doing is to look good for the public. What about us? A one time small bonus and giving people their hard earned sams share a little early is all u think if us? I constantly see posts of people saying something needs to be done...but it never is. And that ends now.

The videos and messages from Doug are insulting. They need to do something meaningful.
My temp reads 94 almost everyday. Thermometer is not accurate. I ordered one online and that is what I am using. Oh and they need to stop with the overhead announcing from Doug, it’s mainly for the members to hear so they think we’re be treated right and appreciated. Yeah, okay.
