It's a free market. Would you rather have a US based bank finance drilling or a foreign bank? Personally I'm all for keeping the money in our country.
It is all a planned shut down of the world. The rich go to their bunkers as we starve in the dark.
Didn’t some Banks repo houses during the last crisis just to have them demolished because they didn’t want to pay for maintenance then donated the land?
