No one needs another shirt the same way they want takeout. M would have better luck if they thought about their customers for once. I can think of several ideas that customers would appreciate: selling masks/protective gear, buy 1 give 1 to essential workers, virtual sewing workshops, clearing their store real estate for services like daycare for essential workers. These may not be profitable on their own, but customers might start to shop at macys online as a way to show support. Just look at designers like Christian Siriano producing masks and receiving tons of donations from his fans.

Those are good ideas. But, at the moment. In a pinch curbside is delivering. It's something until "they" figure out the next thing. Action is progress.
