Have you heard which BU’s are in scope for selection?

ABU to loose between 20 and 30% of staff. To be finalized end of Q3. My guess is ops and maintenance on wheatstone and gorgon are in the firing line. Set to loose 1 shift and go to an even time roster. Also those Perth based office people who have been working from home need to look out. COVID has shown who works and who doesn't and who is needed and who isn't.

IMO few places, if any, will escape the selection process. Remember early on they said it’s an “all in” exercise. It’s not only about streamlining the staff but reorganization & restructuring where possible. I think we’re going see something different this time. I get the feeling that more significant change is coming then just another round of layoffs. Not sure what to expect. I’ll end with this; if it is just a normal routine ROM then they blew this way out of proportion on many levels and took far too long to execute.
