Until our management team holds everyone accountable and not just pick and choose we will never get to our full potential I see so many associates getting away things left to right.

Least you had someone come in. Our club has had 90% of people not show up or any given day. Some of it is the virus, some isn't. I know, it can't go on like this.
We had a frequent call out or go home early associate come in to work and say he had a stomach ache so he was sent home. The other associate in his department said I am not working this area by myself and she went home as well. It keeps getting worse and worse here!
Tell you right now that will never happen. You might as well just lower your standards and be like the bums they are bringing in from the streets. The work ethic and moral will never be what it used to be 10 15 years ago. Now a days you have to have that mentality of just working for 8 hours, get your money and go home. Don’t stress on things you can’t control. You’ll be a lot happier.
