What are we doing to fix this group of losing ideas?

Sounds just like GDIA
Hire more people, spend money like drunken sailors, walk around preening while telling everyone they are the most talented and brilliant people in the company. The rest of us are dogs and just don't understand how amazing they are. All the while driving the company into the dirt.
