I have no problem with band 0-2 folks getting a few extra bucks. I heard the prior CEO brag that he had created 2500 401K millionaires in his time. 2500 out of 130,000... OMG that is PATHETIC. How about we use that metric to set the bonus for our executive leaders ? Number of employees who became millionaires.

The rest of the USA is not getting hazard pay. Some people are, sure, but what about the millions who are getting no pay? These are tough times...shut up, do your job, provide for your family, and be grateful for the paycheck.

@slc+14IVuojO :

PAYMENTS FROM $10 MILLION EMPLOYEE RELIEF FUND TO BEGIN IN MAY

MARK JAMES | SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, SECURITY AND COMMUNICATIONS

We recognize that these are difficult times for everyone as we cope with the effects of both a global public health crisis and an economic crisis. To help employees manage the financial hardships they might face, we recently announced the formation of a $10 million Employee Relief Fund.*

Starting in May, Honeywell will begin distributing one-time $750 relief payments to eligible U.S. employees and adjusted amounts outside the U.S.** These payments will be made via direct deposit wherever possible.

Multiple criteria are being used to determine which employees are eligible to receive a relief payment. These include band level (we focused on Bands 0 and 2), compensation level, and ability to qualify for government assistance and level of income replacement during reduced hours or unpaid leave.

Eligible employees will be notified in writing if they are a recipient of a one-time relief payment. There is no application process.

Approximately half of the relief fund will support U.S. employees, and the other half will support employees who live elsewhere in the world. While estimates are still preliminary, we believe that at least 10-15% of our global workforce will receive a one-time relief payment.

During these difficult times, you and your colleagues around the world are making a big difference for our customers, our company, and each other. Honeywell is pleased to be able to use our relief fund to assist employees who need help the most.

*Subject to applicable information, consultation, and negotiation requirements.

**For non-U.S. employees, this payment amount will be adjusted to reflect comparable purchasing power in their local currency and account for other compensation factors. Payments are subject to taxation.
