Anyone heard the call? Market did not respond well. Is there any hope with this crew in charge? All the fat cats have made their money and the poor workers are let go when they are not needed. How long can the company keep this top heavy management in place? They should strip off the fat now. Support functions, excess Senior VPs/Directors should have gone in 2016, like in other companies. CW is not decisive. Bad record The Finance guy is out of his depth. Change is needed.

I listened to the full call and the “recap”! The “recap” was basically a full circle jerk, on how wonderful everything is going to be. What a joke!!!

He has been a joke since he took over. He’s always been envious of prior leader and what he did and knowing he can’t follow that. He should retire, take his millions and go away. Maybe start a show...call it something like “Little People, Big World” Oops already a show named that but you get the idea. Or Maybe a How to Book...How to ruin a hugely successful company in less than 3 years”.
I don’t know...just throwing ideas.
CW is looking after his Varco pals, not the company that Pete built. Sold his stock at $20. Made his money. Hired people in HSE and HR with nada experience. Shambolic management. What a joke!
