They say if a customer tries a shirt on and doesn't buy it they will remove it from floor for 24 hours for safety so I guess furniture customers can't try the furniture or mattress we can't remove our stuff for 24 hours there has been no mention of furniture protocol at all

NO TOUCH APPROACH

I see no safety information or reference on page 14 to BIG TICKET departments which requires direct touch from customers and colleagues. especially mattresses.

What sanitary protocols are in place for guests with direct contact with the furniture and front line laying on mattresses. Fine rug contact to order or sell direct off floor protocol requirements as well? Unsupervised Galleries with children out of school is a very major concern. What is the guarantee and direction for those working in this department over 50 with underlining conditions and elderly guests? Macy's guideline please...
