Did you receive the prorated STI for 2019? If so was it a direct deposit or a physical check?

No. It was in a physical check sent to your address of record in March.
The STI was a physical check, as Vz doesn't keep your bank account info more than 90 days after you leave the company. Hope you updated your address with Vz if you moved. The RSU was deposited in your 401K.
How can someone who took VSP not know they already received that payout?
