Coached for out of stocks!!!

Any other manager get coached for out of stocks and "standards" during this covid pandemic! I have not missed a single day of work and this is the thanks I get! Does the whole leadership at H.O. think this is a good time to be coaching the few associates who are actually coming to work and putting in extra hours! It's truly all about money, this company does not care about you or your family or anyones family for that matter. They showed there true colors throughout this pandemic, just ask any associate how appreciated their upper management team has made them feel. Market Managers have unrealistic expectations that they couldn't even achieve themselves! FACT. Double digit comps and still get coached for in stock, hello, have you see any store with great in stocks! I'll save you the search. NO. Thank you Mr. Market Manager for making me feel truly valued.

Let’s not forget the year beginning changes were put on hold until the virus is over or calmed down.
I would say they are setting you up for termination because they that is how they work.
Expect more changes and terminations when this is all slowed a little

They're setting you up for termination. Plain and simple.

The most out of touch executives in the industry. Dont envy what store mgmt has to go through. Furner thinks associates are more concerned with serving the community than making a decent wage. Can only imagine what he says to those subordinates right below him.

If you were out of stock on items that were in short supply, then you'd better update your resume. Writing you up for BS is the company's method of documenting made up performance issues so they can terminate you for "cause". I've seen it a hundred times.

The company is sending mass surveys to members and if any customer complains about out of stock we are required to email them immediately to do follow ups on which items were out of stock

Open door that. You can’t control what’s in stock and out of stock. You can only help with stock levels and that’s if your team is fully staffed and not on LOA.

That’s why I go in with my work ethic very low and do the least possible. I wasn’t that way before but this company forces you to turn into a worker that don’t give a c-ap. Until they change the foundation on how they operate, you will never see an associate go above and beyond. Sure you’ll get those once in awhile but it’s just a matter of time before they get thrown under the bus. It’s a cut throat company. Always take care of yourself first!!
