Lately I have been involved with a lot of people working to move requirements out of 2020. Hon will push people to hurry up and get all the reschedules done, then start RIF activities.
Yes, RIFs are coming.

This whole thing is another HON ALT wet dream. They're still going to get paid everything they were promised because they will take it from us, the employees. Gutting raises and furloughs, yet paying a stock dividend? They could have cut the dividend and saved the cash but why bother when you have the world's best piggy bank: the company employees. HON has been looking for ways to reduce rooftops AND headcount in the US and other high cost areas and this is the perfect time. Cut the US workforce by 1/4 or a 1/3rd and move it to some 3rd world country where they work for 91 cents an hour. All our names are probably on the list and I cannot wait! Severance here I come :)
Airlines are tanking- airlines can’t fly! Aero isn’t going to keep everyone! Shipping 1/3 of requirements (how keep full staff?).
Maybe nothing to substantiate this post, but it is logical and HWs opportunity.
They won’t pick people will higher severances.
Other aero companies with large work force is issuing volunteers for temporary lay-offs.
Don’t worry, furloughs will be in the works too!
Airlines looking at things being closer to normal around December 2020! (With people still concerned with flying due to virus)
@1tjy+14JlInE9. .. yeah you are right. Doesn't matter who is driving these days. Street is still paved with printed iou's. (aka dollars). Stay or leave, if you jump to another company you are still riding a garbage trunk on the same road. Better to start your own company or two take different routes.
Why don’t you work as much as the time you invest in this app? You may get some progress done you ungrateful c–ts!

@1cnt you are close, except it does not matter if there is a Dem sweep. You fail to realize the Fed, and other central banks control the world. Dem, Rep, they are all bought and paid for an are in on the scam. The economy has been in a free fall, even before the virus. The Fed is buying everything, why do you think the stock market has had the best month since 1987, given the mass unemployment numbers, negative GDP etc. It is all fake. It is a new world.

Planes aren’t flying. Plane orders being cancelled. MRO delayed. RMU’s, lol not happening. Revenue bloodbath for Aero from now through 2021.
Sorry to dissapoint but given the money pumping rifs arent needed. Looming Inflation more than takes care of the need to cut salary.. all they have to do is deny raises as the economy booms on zero percent loans and free oil. Companies will fight over people to spend that stimulus while we hunker and kiss boots to the benevolent honeywell leaders. Only way this doesnt happen is a dem sweep in nov...which will crash the economy again.
