IBM is like an illegally managed c-sino. All the higher ups control and "skim the till", while those who "work the floor" get screwed. Sad part is, IBM is publicly trade and what upper management just provided for themselves is legal. Amazing isn't it.
criminal, they don't give pay raises to rank and file, get rid of them (the ones with knowledge and work ethic and reward the 1%, gee sounds familiar. RIP IBM, it's only a matter of time that Wipro buys what's left at discount.
@sfq it's hard to compare MSFT with IBM - they leveraged their office product and CIO relationships to gain ground.
Needless to say, Azure was horrible at the start - it's getting much better nowadays.

Disgusting. None of them should take pay until the company turns around. Many tech and F500 CEOs are foregoing pay during this time. For them to do this is embarrassing. Especially given that staff aren’t given a pay raise or bonuses. They ought to be ashamed.
What about the peasants GDP... this company is totally out of control...
In my opinion, executives should never be given stock GRANTS - they should always be given stock OPTIONS that do not vest for several years. This way, the incentive is to grow the value of the company. No more of this earnings-per-share BS. Just give them options and encourage them try to make those worth more than zero over the long term.
Less than Ginni who ran the company into the ground. Help us all. This company is dead wood. Milking the traditional businesses like GTS is not a long term strategy. Look At MSFT cloud growth vs IBM and any reasonable person would run from IBM.
