Verizon Stores to Offer 'Touchless Retail'

Verizon Stores to Offer 'Touchless Retail'
BY Dow Jones & Company, Inc.

Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) said Friday it will offer "Touchless Retail" for shoppers, which includes "both physical and digital changes to reduce the number of physical touchpoints, while streamlining the customer shopping experience."

Touchless Retail allows customers to set in-store appointments for troubleshooting or pickup and lets them learn about in-store safety measures, including face-covering requirements.

"Many of the changes introduced were not simply in response to the pandemic but in response to consumer preferences for more efficient, digital-based transactions," Verizon (VZ) said.

If the retail stores go back to any past ways they do business before the pandemic! It should be called "out of touch" retail.

Lol yes they still shop at retail stores. A vast majority of Verizons sales are in the stores. That's how top performers make all this 💰

Yeah they still shop at retail locations. @iax+14N7ABj1. People refuse to do anything themselves...entitled or lazy...when in not pandemic mode we can up sell them an iPad or a screen protector. Get out of your corporate office bubble, quit hating fellow co workers.
