Can't beat a leader who buys $1m into his own company! Except when majority of his $8m compensation comes from other sources.. and how his total compensation was approx 15% of Ford's total profits from 2019

He certainly contributed more than his 15% share to the current Ford situation

Bennie Fowler brought $9M of Ford stock in his bid to be Manufacturing VP. Glad that one didn't work out

Pulling out all the stops to impress the Ford Familia. It reeks of desperation.

He could make millions if there is a merger. I don't care what Bill says about mergers. If the company is no longer economically viable, they will have no choice but to merge/ allow take over if they want to stay rich. Go back in history to Bob Eaton at Chrysler; this guy made out like a bandit when Daimler/Chrysler had their "merger of equals." Chrysler was rung out and left to dry by the Germans. If the merger never happened they probably wouldn't of needed the second bailout.

Farley is only a placeholder until Bill can install his daughter. I'm sure he sees the writing on the wall, he'll be in for a couple years or so then will decide to retire out of the blue.
