I was at $81,000 after 21 years. , CL6.
For newer employees the salaries are a problem in some markets. Employees stay and get trained and then move on after a few years. The salary in that range of experience is below the market.

Pretty close to the average after one year if you got what you were worth when you started. The pay bands are a joke!
Too vague. There are at least 10 different claims positions in the property side, same for auto. There are also 7 pay bands. CL1-CL7.
