Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Treating you like garbage

Managers walk in and talk to you so disrespectful and cursing at you left to right and they do it in front of other managers to feel like their big man on campus and I'm sorry your not going to disrespect me like that if you want to criticize me and tell me certain things I need to work on thats fine but you won't talk to me like I'm gum on the bottom of your shoe screw that c-ap.

But unfortunately no one cares. Even if you talk to HO they make it seems like they do but at the end everything remains the same. They cover up for each other other.

What about when managers move positions & the new manager over you is to busy staying in office or in old area. Ask questions & the response is ok will take care of or get an answer.....never gets back to you!!! Maybe put the phone down!!!! And grow up!!!

Wamart's/Sam's new core beliefs. These were rolled out the day after Mr.s Sam died. They just didn't tell anyone:

  1. Respect the almighty dollar to the point where individuals are expendable and treated like second class citizens.
  1. Service to every Karen including giving gift cards if they whine just a little bit.
  1. Striving for even more profits making the job the even worse and making retail an even bigger revolving door.

News flash reporting it does nothing. We don't live in Sam Walton's creation anymore. This is a whole different company run by greed and good ol boys crew. If you ain't in the circle of the wealthy you disposable to them. Sadly the 3 basic beliefs was a whole different company. Most of the higher ups can't name the 3 basic beliefs let alone use them. The new basic beliefs of the company. 1. Money 2. Money. 3. More Money

No body should feel like they have that much power over you to speak To you that way. Speak with your club manager and if he/she does nothing or he/she is the problem go up the latter and speak with a market manager and so on and so on. There is something called “respect for the individual” and no matter who you are in the company you must treat everyone with the respect they deserve.
