Do Team Leads no longer get annual raises? I got a 42 cent raise in March and its gone now...

Wait for it. The haters are about to flood this thread with tears about how much everyone is overpaid except them.
If you were part of the the leads that got the pay bump last summer then you were not eligible for a raise this year.
