"And state officials are worried that they’ll have to slash benefits for patients and payments to health providers in the safety net insurance program for the poor unless they get more federal aid."

Does this sound like State of Ohio is willing to foot the bill?

Governor Dewine says hospitals and doctors will be paid. He will be taking it out on state MHO companies.

No its not. Believe me I know the numbers. Heres why - State of Ohio TOTAL $$ spent from 6/2011 - 3/2019 was $61,230,457,674.89 . Molina is responsible for $9,352,937,957.27 . Caresource spent $31,010,480,439.32 or 50.65% !!! of that TOTAL AMOUNT FROM 2011 - 2019. Molina has spent 15.27%. Hmmmm who is less costly here??
