@bom+14Q2f9F9 Good luck with that. Oh, and you might want to look up "leveraged buyout", because you're about to be a victim of one, good and hard.

Welcome to Fiser I mean First Data Folks! Your 401K Match? gone. Stock discount? gone. Health Benefits? seriously reduced again. Company provided cell phone? gone. On site perks? gone. What else can Frank take away? No, Seriously, he is asking for suggestions.

To the mo–n in NY...I've seen this process before. The company's being positioned for sale. No one's job is safe. Good luck.

@bom+14Q2f9F9 Pretty much epitomizes what working at First Data will be like moving forward. Selfish, gloating jerks who will throw you and your grandma under the bus just to make an extra dime.

Wonder if our potential or current clients read these type of comments.

Fiserv’s true colors are shinning through.

For us in the NYC office of First Data, I mean Fiserv, we've been hearing about this day for months! Frank wanted a party to celebrate his installation as CEO, but that was pre-covid. I'm sure we'll have some celebration when things get back to normal. Sorry all your original Fiserv people who are about to be laid off. First Data people are for the most part safe and will have great opportunities to take over soon to be vacated roles in Fiserv. Cheers everyone! Finally some good new!

Jeff out and Frank in. I always thought First Data has a lingering stink of KKR. Good thing we’re not livestock we’d all be heading to the butcher.

I said it on day 1 after hearing that Frank would be COO, that Jeff was ramping up to leave. No way those two would continue leading together. Having worked for First Data I can tell you, Frank’s a terrible leader. Wall Street loves him but us employees hate him. I’m so sorry that this is happening. And this is why remote employment is no longer allowed.

Yea I doubt we'll see Frank parked on that shhty asphalt parking lot with a office view of a swamp and boring employees non-luxury cars.

This will pretty much put the last nail in the coffin for the Brookfield center. You think Ol' Franky Boy wants to be anywhere near it?

Jeff IS a salesman and good at it. Frank has never been.

@coo+14Q2f9F9 - Wall Street won't care who is CEO if the goods are delivered, at least short term. Frank's going to be all fired up and the next couple of quarters should be good, at least before the lawsuits from customers are filed against Fiserv.

Darn it if I didn’t call this! I just thought it’d be another 1-2 years.

As soon as FB took over all operating roles it was a matter of time. Don’t think JY had his heart in it anymore. RIP FISV.

It was pretty obvious. Jeff did the merger and can now cash and enjoy his life. Don’t begrudge him that but it would have been a heck of a lot better if it wasn’t a merger with FD!
