Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Think Before You Speak

There is obviously a lot of folks posting that don’t care for JY or FB...I don’t have any input on that topic. But what I would like to say is that I have been with Fiserv for a long time. And there are so many good people working with Fiserv....they are like family. Whether you are concerned about losing your job...you have already been laid off...or you feel pretty secure in you position....I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND all of the unkind and cruel comments about others. There are so many unprecedented things happening in our world....how about some kindness and compassion?

@1ppm+14Q4Ix7p Thank you needed to hear that. Been very upset and being kicked when I’m down just added to the problem.

My understand regarding the purpose of this site is for employees to share feedback and not so popular practices that the company doesn’t want getting around. There was a time not that long ago when Fiserv, Directors and managers were shocked to have such negative feedback on Glassdoor but clearly our company toughened up and invested in an award that they can pay for to convince our customers that Fiserv is an admired company.

There is no compassion for any of the employees of the company. We are all just a number and they don’t care if you been with company a day or 50 yrs, whether you’re a valuable asset or not one at all. George’s moto of “People make the difference” has been long gone since JY took over. George would be disgusted with where his company has gone. I’ve been with the company since it was First Data Processing in downtown Milwaukee.

I agree that the compassion left with George/Les!

I think there are a few on here who were recently let go spewing hate and causing general discord to garner attention. I know its difficult to lose a job, but they are taking their frustration out on people who did not have a hand in their misfortune. Hopefully these few take time to refocus on what is important in their life (not work) and can find a better situation for themselves when this virus clears up.

I bet you’re right it’s one jackass. Unreal! Just ignore that guy! He’s a troll for sure. We are all using this site for the purpose it was established. It’s not to a place for cheerleaders of the CEO that’s gutting a company full of talented, hard working employees. Ignore that jerk. Let karma handle him.

There are a few posters (probably just one) who are essentially laughing at the plight of the current or future unfortunate folks on these boards. It is pretty disgusting to see. This poster is agitating others to fight-back, which is exactly what they want.

I haven’t read anything unkind towards Fiserv employees. A lot of people posting are posting are now or were until recently,Fiserv employees. Everyone is in this together. There are indeed amazing employees there. The problem is that executive management just doesn’t care.

Compassion? Really? Wake up! Compassion left when Les Muma retired! I have been with this 'company' for OVER 30 years & the compassion left with George/Les!
