Well, I was planning on leaving anyway due to the pathetic salary and meager 2% raise I received, but now this has encouraged me to fast track that decision. I thought Fiserv was going to be awesome when I joined last year, shame really.
Whatever hope I had they would keep me on staff as remote has been zapped.
Time to start replying to the few recruiters who are flirting with me. Buh-Bye, FISV.
