Given the salary differential, axing 600 Aussies is saving almost a thousand American jobs. The more the better I say.

TPS?
Has anyone heard any numbers for ETC ESD?
^^^^Western Australia ^^^^
We have had an email saying 20-30% reduction in staff was being looked at by Q3 2020. We wait with baited breath
Here is the reference for this:

20% to 30% of 2000 people will be cut. Good luck to everyone, tough times ahead.
Where are you getting these numbers? Indeed, it does seem aggressive but we need to be in this climate.
Wirth only has to cut 20% of his remaining hair
So in our morning briefing today, I was able to look at the approved structures for TPS only and the target reductions for the BUs. Yes their are targets. I dont know why leaders have to lie about it.
TPS looks like a cut of 25% up from 20% last week but I did not get to count the total number compared to today's numbers.
ABU target is 20%
CNAEP
GOM target is 20%
MCBU target is 15%
SJV target is 25%
CBU target is 25%
CPP target is 25%
Shipping is 25%
DS&C target is 20%
The interesting part is that these numbers don't add up. The overall target for CNAEP is a range of 20% to 25%. With the numbers above, we will not hit 20% because most of the population is in MCBU and GOM. I am guessing we will include the AMBU numbers.
The international numbers range from 10% to 25% based on your region. There is a lot of work to be done between now and June when the majority of employees will feel the heat.
Make no mistake, Mike has already provided a target number. It is unfortunate that our leaders don't want to share so here it is for your review.
WA= Western Australia=Perth
Do these include non-ABU payroll expats?
Do we even have a Washington office?
ABU 20-30%
WA?
