It would be better if everyone leaves MC alone because he knows people of authority and will look into everyone he thinks is involved. He knows judges, senators, superhero's and many others so yall need to stop. Move on with your lives people.

I'm curious....did anyone else get Malls to complain about subordinates expenses? The guy would constantly come into my office and gossip about peoples expenses. Whether it was a Hooters lunch with customers or a monthly club membership due, he hated having to sign off. I would just roll my eyes and think, he is obviously doing the same to others about mine so I would just tell him to stop being such a bi*ch and sign them, that it wasn't his money. And he eventually would but to those that still report to him, he is watching every little expense you make.
Ahhhhh yes Mexican laws are favored to the employee so if your boss is a bozo such as Malls and doesn’t understand, one could see a huge benefit if terminated without proper protocol. Good ol Malls. Always giving things away. Lol
The Segway must be out of service because have not seen Malls on it however, I heard he was at a medical supply store....apparently there is a huge sale on Nurse's shoes due to COVID-19 and he wanted to take advantage.
I doubt Malls is gone. But how he is still there is beyond me. His incompetence is so obvious. I remember one time, he terminated someone without HR approval, the guy sued and now is semi-retired w/ several condos in Cabo San Lucas among other properties. Another time, he sent his selected ‘yes sir’ manager to terminate another employee but they did it so hastily they bypassed foreign country employment laws. Well after wiping egg off his face he had to hire him back in some capacity and the guy is getting paid doing absolutely nada. LOL Malls is brilliantly dumb.
Rumor is that Malls was let go today. Has anyone seen him on the Sego rolling around?

If MC makes it through this round of layoffs then there is a real conspiracy going on at Rig. He is the weakest link in all of rig and keeps hanging on to his VP job. It all starts with Mr. Personality and The Englishman- they are the worst leaders in all of NOV. Our customers laugh at them in their face. From what i hear from PLMs and Sales, MC does not know the products he represents, ask him a technical question and he stumbles on his Brown Nursing shoes. Something has to change in rig soon, I’m still here but hiding under my desk next to all the dam Mission “sales guys” that have survived this m—acre. Someone Mission has been left alone and they are led by a worst piece of tiger bait I have ever seen.

I’ve had the misfortune of having to deal with GI Malls. Biggest hypocrite I have ever met in my life. So called Marine but this one has no integrity. Lies to protect the id**ts at HR & bosses just so he can continue to rimming them. But that’s ok as you say, just wait for it...it’ll eventually come.

You better hide that stolen toilet paper from the Segway riding id–t, Malls! If he can save one roll of toilet paper, that might be the most revenue that he’s brought to the table all year! Thank goodness he has decent guys working for him that can get the job done. Oh wait...did he let them go? Oh yeah, the very best part of his job. He probably had a hard on that little pecker all day! He loves to be superior and by superior I mean that he simply has a job where he gets to let people go! Don’t worry malls, it WILL bite you in the a–! I promise it will catch up with you! And when it does, good f’ing luck to you on finding another job because your co-workers laugh at you, your subordinates don’t respect you and your customers won’t let you in the door. Your reputation precedes you! No one in this industry would hire you except the NOV buddies in the circle jerk group. Keep that Segway charged because when your time comes, and it will, you will need it for patrolling the malls again! That’s the only job that you may be competent at, chasing around teenagers who are loitering in the mall!
