Why in the world would Grand Rapids be a "priority"???
Nothing there unless you want to celebrate the fact that they can't ship anything to customers. Lots and lots of complaints company-wide because of this. Customers escalate and get to top management when they get months and months of excuses and lies.
Airbus, Embraer, Honeywell, Boeing... all getting held hostage with delays.

Grand Rapids is a bloated waste. Too many managers that do nothing except allow the issues and problems to continue. Customers have been angry long before the pandemic and instead of honoring purchase orders L3 GR is making excuses just to keep them on the hook.
I inquired ... GVL didn't lay off any this week ... possible they were sent home for COVID reasons though
Of the 88 or so who were walked out, was a single manager included in the bunch?

Heard/saw lots heading to HR today in Greenville. As I was leaving, guard at the shack said 88 folks got walked.
Many were let go today in PHX. Management level on down. No rhyme or reason when you see the quality of people retained.
Non legacy harris sites. GR and phx primary focus is commercial aviation.
