Every tire associate that's being treated like sh– should wait till the day tires reopens and ALL walk out
Only the ones smart enough to get the hell out and the ones who haven't been around long enough to get terminated so the company can save bank.
A lot the club I’m in has been open for 30 years.
Who cares if they quit? Been here seven years, people come and go and sometimes they come back. Retail has a high turnover rate anyway. I have noticed that the ones making 16 or more an hour rarely quit.
More hours to pick up.
