I used to work for Electronic Data System. Fiserv came in and took over with a promise of no lay-offs. Then laid off 98 people saying that they were restructuring the company. Long behold- 90% were black. Very prejudice company . Then like 2 years later they closed down our department and we were told that we could interview with other departments and if we didn't get in that we'd be laid off. Once again, no African Americans were hired. I wanted to start a class action suit but signed something stating that I couldn't or I'd lose my severance package.

If you had lodged an EEOC complaint due to racial discrimination it wouldn’t violate your NDA. Just sayin’.
NDA's are common these days .... doesn't make it right.
