Changing tires. Wax on wax off.
Everyone keeps saying oil change place but they have drive threw out club if u go 5 foot past lift u hit a block wall smfh
Ahh a lot of car repair shops are doing this.... like oil change places... not just us
If you are a team lead and you think its wise to let people drive their cars in and out and you think we should be working on fancy or luxury cars with our trash equipment you sir... should be carts team lead

It's not like we have an oil change pit. No big deal. Less work for you to do.
So you think dealerships and mechanic shops allow the customer to drive their vehicles and not! Learn how to protect ourselves it's a job
Members have always been allowed to drive their own cars in the bay.
Especially if they have a breath test, or a fancy car.

I watched a TBC associate on camera drive a car off a lift that was still raised. The car was damaged and the associate instead of parking the car at the loading area. Parked the car in a regular spot and walked inside like nothing happened.
And yes the associate still works with us and in TBC.
I'm about to quit and find a real job if this is how its going to be. TBC should stay closed until the end of the year. I'm appaled and disgusted that the company is allowing this to happen.
