What is the directive from regional or global?
We got direction from regional to move the bulk of team members to the am and have a skeleton crew at night.
Seems Store leaders are unaware or they play dumb.
Since this whole covid-19 started there are days with no one manning the stations at counters,no market team members,no wholebody team members and the team members who are here have to carry the other teams at the cost of their own department standards.
Our stores have team members on leave and several call outs a day so we pick up days and work extra hours so at the end of the day store leadership can rip you apart on why the store looks horrible.
Team members are burnt out and getting hurt .
We need Unions since the abuse does not stop we only get put down and they will issue note to files ,correctives ect. .
We need to organize another walk out!

Let’s see what they do when they are invited to testify vs. evidence and what stores they covered up.
There are more politicians look at the evidence at store levels .

New b—s— survey will come out and the problem store leaders will show excellent reviews due to fear of team members.
How many resets a day need to be done to satisfy them?
We reset the departments daily to satisfy stl and their minion team.
They are way out of touch with team members .
Too many repairs means lack of maintance.
How do you explain that when you knew about it years ago?
Stop promising fastl positions when they can’t run their own teams .
Did you get scared when we saw you cutting a cheese wheel completely covered in mold and you said shut the door ?
Relabeling cheese that is expired is a no no.
Sure grip is not suppossed to be used since we are whole foods and that sh– will take years to break down.
Spray paint cases with unapproved chemicals to seem new and cover them with plexi covers?
Yeah we know even the mold was painted over.

Our borrowed pbs is involved in targeting team members and gaslighting issues.
Team members are told by leadership to throw other team members under the bus we know sonce they told us.
Will we see another pbs transfering or moving due to this?
