For many of you, today (or sometime later this week) will be the end of your NOV careers. Many of you have been brainwashed into believing NOV is the best job you would ever have. For some that may be true but for most you will rise above the toxic environment and ultimately find yourselves in a much better place. I guess the moral of the story is this: Knee pads, KY Jelly and a yes sir attitude only gets you so far in life. Good luck, and I hope the ole keister heals quickly. Regards.

I heard it was coming on Tuesday
I can attest to the toxicity of the CP plant at all levels. The management was the worst I've ever seen. I bless the day I was walked out. Even then I was counting the people and situations that I would never have to see again and today am in a job making around double what I did at nov. There was absolutely no downside to being let go from there, not even the uncertainty of having to find another job.
