It's really hard to believe they will pay $17-24/hr for a meat cutter to, especially right now, do anything but cut meat until 9:30 at night, even on Sunday. Always looking for a way to cut wasteful payroll, yet this continues. Just keep your mouth shut, and head down, right?

Our meat department sales have nearly doubled since the beginning of this year. We are running on the exact same payroll with no extra help. Cry me a river if you dont think meat cutters deserve their pay.
Pre - packaged meat has been coming for over 20 years - if we have a meat or chicken shortage - they will be cleaning the bunkers.

Ugh stop worrying about other people's pay! Is that money being taken out of your pocket? Is it making your life any more MISERABLE than it already is?

What about paying the night HMS associate to face time for her entire shift every night? The team lead sees it but says nothing. She hides behind the rack at her "work" table and can see when a manager is coming in and shuts it off quickly. The same girl calls off at least once a week and nothing is done about it.
