Don't forget this board is being investigated and sued by multiple parties claiming they have ignored their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders. Should be pretty easy to prove if they do a detailed audit of the books and find how much c-ap inventory this company retained and kept on the balance sheet to make them look prettier than they are. Now they are finally taking these multi-billion dollar write downs that should have been taken back in 2015 or 2016. The icing on the cake is that ALL executive leadership is still in place from the CEO on down. I think they have a case here.

Who cares about this dying company. Middle management just make sure their resumes have been submitted to recruiters, so they can jump off this sinking ship before it is too late. In the meanwhile, they still keep laying off hard working people, keep forwarding emails, use their subordinates' credits and tell them do not jump the gun.
The Board and investors didn't even care after 2015. You can talk to Kirk Shelton and other segment presidents. They just want revenue, not profit as they can still brag in front of banks as long as banks give them the loans.
