News came down that the next round of retail stores will be opening up mid June. Looks like the WFH option will be in place for at least another month.

Ate they going to hire "wipers" to wipe down the nasty display phones everytime a diseased customer touches them?
The plan is to have about 50% of stores open by July 1st. Many places are already at the 50% open mark. Hours may expand but no one is going back to the stores who isn't already there until July.
No one “knows” anything, except EVPs I guess. Would make sense to open more stores on the current model. But they would have to incorporate current store models, with all covid supplies/designs (with plastic shields). I heard that only stores with a long wooden table are open now (to fit the plastic shields). More stores open with rotating shifts to help more customers and protect the employees. I’m sure any returning from customer service will keep their laptops for when the 2nd wave spikes. But no one knows how things will be in a month. Stay safe all...Covid-19 is not going to disappear. I hope I’m wrong. Kids now having issues.
I can confirm I also heard directly from DM june 15th was next round of stores to be opened. Whether that’s what happens or gets pushed back I’m not sure but that’s what I was told directly for right now. I’m speaking for CA. Like the poster below me they didn’t know which ones yet or if it was all of the remaining ones in the district.
That’s false to the original post. Stop spreading speculative rumors . There’s a reason your DM didn’t know either to the poster below me.
I also heard june 15th Verizon would open another round of stores but not all of them and my DM didn’t seem to know specifically which ones.
