They let go a bunch of "experienced" knowledge hoarding, overpaid, backstabbing, manipulative people who failed year after year to build a quality product on time below cost at my facility.... Dont get me wrong, there were some good people in the mix, who were highly intelligent and didnt deserve it. But there were many overpaid A holes who threw everyone under the bus, and think all you're trying to do is steal their honey pot everyday. Good riddance to those.

WFD and NOV deserve each other. 2 worst managed companies in the industry. Knowing our Napoleon complex CEO, he will want to be the man but hopefully they give him a nice golden parachute and gets TF out of here.

Something is going to happen at nov. Because they are letting go the old people and keeping all the lazy people. But they should watch all the lazy ones work. I believe a buy-out or maybe bankruptcy in line
