Got 85 customer service the last month, beat sales budget, up to date on everything thru this crazy time yet just got reamed out and told if I don’t get a carepass in next 2 days I will be held accountable

I was told if I didn't sell them I would be fired. I quit and the next job I had was way better got paid more and had more hours. CVS s—s. Just get out. Youll be a lot happier.

Just ask dumb a–. It’s simple. Open your mouth and ask. If they don’t want it, it’ll be okay. But you can not tell me that if you have 5000 customers a week you can’t get 12 people to buy it.
When you take a paycheck you agree to do the tasks required of the job ! Sounds like you r special and you want to do what you want to do ! Common behavior of an employee.
Cvs corporate: Get “X” number of carepass signups by “Y” time or you’re fired!
Employee: But people don’t have any money right now and they can barely pay their bills as it is. It’s insensitive to ask for money at a time like this!
Cvs corporate: We don’t care about that, ask anyway!
