I mentioned to evolve.
This is a personal choice to evolve yourself to a higher level in the new environment with the person involved in the product purchase available for them and helping getting the satisfaction of the transaction to a relationship of gratification to prolong a reciprocal financial relationship to both satisfactions. When you create a relationship with a client you create a financial environment that helps benefits all involved in a developing process of new strategy. Personal communication with the client is best and some prefer the antiseptic avenue whom I would help with all in benefit. Tidal waters we are navigating through. My Best to all.

Adaptation.
New learning curve for the industry. Retail selling will ALWAYS be available but with new expectations. Look at the not so long ago SILK ROAD. Not only silk was a commodity, fabrics, spices, metals jewelry and some foods ect bought and traded.
Use this link to seek and understand how trade evolved and branch off from there.

Prior it was matter of a long journeys traveled over mountains, through seas and oceans to receive goods. Then local establishments provided purchase gratification with social commune which evolved into salons and malls.
Now we can make a few clicks or taps on our personal devices in solitude and a few days if not same day that product desire will be in our hands.
How time has changed the way we exchange money for goods with little concept of time.
Instant gratification!
I always enjoyed the personal involvement during transactions so it is up to you to make a choice if you wish to evolve or choose a new path.
The dynamics of the industry is evolving.
