$40 million in fines...at $80K loaded cost per employee they will need to lay off another 500 to pay for it.

The mental health post was removed from this Conversation. I think that must have been the site admins. Good! It wasn’t necessary as a response to every thread!

I guess he didn’t save Fiserv $40 million though....and it won’t come out of his pocket will it?

This is Barron's. They only care about the market and will cozy up to anyone who shares a stock price first mentality.

You're not going to see anything different until an investigative reporter finds hard evidence of the layoff strategy, etc. Doubtful since that is very tightly held. One of the inner circle would have to break.

If it is indeed mental health awareness month, you should take full advantage of that chief.

Malibu Jeff was ready to retire. Doing this deal gave him a pure platinum and diamond encrusted parachute. Plus now he doesn’t have to handle any layoffs of old cronies.

No one tricked Jeff or the board. This was all done with the intention of making more money for themselves. I appreciate that you have an optimistic outlook but Frank hasn't done anything good for anyone but himself and his cronies. Don't expect that to change.

He did manage to trick Jeff into merging then maneuvered the board to make himself CEO. That’s not easy Let’s hope he can apply these talents for good now

All of the recent stories about our new criminal leader are truly laughable. How can anyone be considered a success who never cleared a mounting debt. Fiserv was successful cash rich and OFD was drowning in debt. Our new crime boss family leading fiserv, how are all of the shenanigans that are going on past and present not in the media? The message is clearly being controlled. We the people need to start seeking out media who will turn over every rock on the new Fiserv crime family and shame them out with the facts. Every single OFD staffer I have interacted with wanted nothing more from this acquisition other than to be free of FB and his gang of henchmen and join a progressive culture. I am sorry for all of us that now have to live with this joker. Sadly our board is now populated and infected with like minded individuals. FB is a showman and knows one way to do things. Make it all about lining his pockets. Sound familiar....I think we call him the president.

where is this woman getting her information from?

I didn't realize that being 16 billion in debt was considered 'saving' a company
