Off track, but I had to respond...

My guess is the poster who made grammar errors doesn't speak English as a first language. I only have admiration for anyone who attempts a second language – especially English. That first language can also come in handy at a lot of Macy's locations, so there's no need for snark.

I think useless manager should get the axe and there is a lot of them. Get rid of egotistical Managers that play politics to get rid of people just cause they don’t like them yet they do more of their job then a manager.

Why someone require work from home and sick day all the time in past year. What does she good for team or company. Hell to know people cover her job. And got 6 months medical leave. Plan to end of year. Hey, the person do it for second year and re-hire her got last laid off. The manager or upper management care it. No, they don’t. They only put all mess under the table to show the team is well performance. So that they can got high score by under and team score. I suggest HR team should looks into it in this hard time.
