Seems like attrition is impacting US VP Sales level, US Director Sales level and US RM Sales level. Did executive RSU levels change? Or were they just tired of laying people off all the time? Why are people leaving now?

It’s because the secret is out: There’s more money out here :)
Sales attrition is typically people being managed out. While Cisco is a dysfunctional company, the sales organization attracts the best and brightest. You can't just hire anyone to sell unreliable boxes at enormous profit margins.
TPS reports must now submitted in triplicate with new cover sheets. Until sales or morale improves.
Seeing high attrition in Sales also. Probably saving Cisco some LR money , however better plug the hole though before the whole dam burst.
Who left Sales in US now? Lots of sales people leave after the mid-year mark when they know they cannot make plan. If you do not make plan, then a reorg/LR is likely in your future starting in Q3 (used to call it "silly season")
Another director in SP routing is moving to another function, but still in Cisco.
No layoff confirmed, so people leaving by themselves 😂
