Heard there might be layoffs by end of month? What department will get impacted first and what organizations?

If they offered voluntary layoffs for store reps and call center reps (we didn't get the option) at 3 weeks per year I would gladly go and I am sure others would agree.

Not sure where you've been but VZ has been slashing thousands of employees every year since the founding of the company. 10 here 20 there, one or two here... every year, thousands, and no publicity whatsoever.

I don’t think they are going to lay people off. I think they are going to keep all the call center reps at home and get rid of the Buildings.

Call centers probably. Look at all the overhead they would be saving now that reps are working from home.
