Hes a greedy snake without a soul who is going to destroy the company with all the other suits after he fattens his pockets.
But seriously he is using the crisis for two things: to not only bolster the company profit but his own net worth. Giving the employees meager bonuses that they won't see for a while anyways is his way of taking care of his employees and he only did it so he won't look bad
He won’t do that. But what I bet he will do is take store incentives away. The job market is flooded with unemployed so there is the company’s opportunity to throw in our face “you should be happy to have a job”
He doesn’t need to give up his pay. He will make the money off the backs of his workers.
